Primatologist Jane Goodall Shared Aspiration to Send Musk and Trump on Non-Return Cosmic Voyage

After dedicating years studying chimpanzee behavior, Jane Goodall became a specialist on the aggressive tendencies of alpha males. In a freshly unveiled interview filmed shortly before her passing, the renowned primatologist revealed her unconventional solution for addressing certain individuals she viewed as exhibiting similar qualities: transporting them on a one-way journey into outer space.

This notable insight into Goodall's thinking emerges from the Netflix production "Last Statements", which was filmed in March and kept private until after her recently announced demise at the age of 91.

"There are people I dislike, and I would like to put them on a SpaceX vessel and send them all off to the world he's certain he'll locate," commented Goodall during her discussion with Brad Falchuk.

When inquired whether Elon Musk, known for his questionable behavior and associations, would be included, Goodall responded affirmatively.

"Oh, absolutely. He would be the organizer. Envision the people I would place on that spaceship. In addition to Musk would be Trump and some of Trump's real supporters," she declared.

"Furthermore I would put Vladimir Putin in there, and I would put China's President Xi. I would definitely include the Israeli leader in there and his far-right government. Place them all on that spacecraft and send them off."

And you know, they last significantly longer," she explained.

The celebrated primatologist also studied the "politicization" of behavior, and what her detailed observations had revealed to her about aggressive behaviors shown by groups of humans and primates when encountering something they viewed as dangerous, despite the fact that no threat truly existed.

"Primates observe an outsider from a neighboring community, and they get all excited, and their hair erect, and they reach out and contact each other, and they've got expressions of rage and terror, and it catches, and the rest absorb that sentiment that one member has had, and they all become combative," she detailed.

"It's contagious," she added. "Certain displays that grow violent, it permeates the group. Each member wishes to get involved and turn violent. They're defending their area or fighting for dominance."

When inquired if she believed the same dynamics occurred in people, Goodall responded: "Perhaps, sometimes yes. But I firmly think that the majority of individuals are ethical."

"My biggest hope is educating this new generation of caring individuals, roots and shoots. But do we have time? I'm uncertain. We face challenging circumstances."

Historical Perspective

Goodall, originally from London prior to the beginning of the Second World War, compared the fight against the difficulties of contemporary politics to Britain standing up Nazi Germany, and the "spirit of obstinance" shown by the British leader.

"That doesn't mean you don't have periods of sadness, but then you come out and declare, 'Well, I won't allow to permit their victory'," she remarked.

"It resembles Churchill throughout the battle, his famous speech, we'll fight them on the beaches, we will resist them through the avenues and the cities, subsequently he remarked to an associate and reportedly stated, 'and we will oppose them at the ends of damaged containers since that's everything we've bloody well got'."

In her concluding remarks, Goodall provided words of encouragement for those resisting authoritarian control and the ecological disaster.

"In current times, when the planet is dark, there continues to be hope. Preserve faith. When faith diminishes, you grow apathetic and do nothing," she recommended.

"Whenever you wish to save the existing splendor on our planet – should you desire to preserve Earth for the future generations, your descendants, their grandchildren – then contemplate the choices you make every day. Since, replicated a million, innumerable instances, even small actions will create great change."
